To manage efficiently the Resort's Spa by providing the best services to both local and foreign customers and to create the necessary volume of business to achieve a reasonable profit considering the large investment made by the company into this venue.

Similarly so, it is the responsibility of the Leisure Manager to ensure that the other subordinates in the different sections of the department are qualified and properly trained in each other's job to ensure that the services being offered by the centre are not hindered in any way.

A good knowledge on safety requirements in the gym, swimming pools, saunas, spas and other heath hazards resulting from the services being offered is required, as well as knowledge on the accounting systems adopted to record the revenue generated from each section of the Leisure Centre. Ability to supervise the services provided by the other Beauty / Body Therapists employed in the Cure Centre. And the skills to supervise and instruct customers in the proper use of the gym equipment, giving due consideration to the health and safety hazards ensuring from their use, is a must.
