Our client, an
international company involved in the hospitality sector is seeking the
services of a Human Resources Manager for one of its hotels within
North Africa. The selected candidate would be involved
in the recruitment of junior staff, training, as well as induction of new
employees within a multicultural environment. Apart from recruitment and
training, he would also deal with personnel problems, updating of personnel
records, developing training material, monitoring systems of job descriptions
and performance management. This post calls for an
experienced HR Manager with a proven track record in managing a multicultural
workforce and knowledgeable in hotel pre openings . Preference would be
given to candidates with a degree in business management and at least four
years experience in a similar HR position. Only candidates with a
knowledge of Arabic would be considered for this post. Interested
